01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using tappr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tappr (operated by ArunKumar V, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India).
If you are using tappr on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use tappr. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
02Service Description
tappr is a SaaS platform that enables Instagram sellers to create product listings, generate shareable links, receive and manage orders, accept UPI payments, and track order status.
tappr is a technology platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between sellers and buyers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed on the platform.
03Accounts
Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account One person or business entity may not maintain more than one active account You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
04Seller Terms
Seller Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the products you list, their quality, and their delivery All product listings must be accurate — price, description, photos, and availability You must fulfil confirmed orders within the timeframe communicated to buyers You are responsible for handling buyer disputes, refunds, and returns directly You must comply with all applicable Indian laws including GST regulations Prohibited Products
You may not list or sell the following on tappr:
✕ Illegal goods or substances
✕ Counterfeit or fake products
✕ Weapons or explosives
✕ Drugs or controlled substances
✕ Adult or obscene content
✕ Stolen goods
✕ Products violating copyrights
✕ Endangered species products
tappr reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend any account found violating these rules without notice.
05Buyer Terms
Buyers purchase directly from individual sellers — tappr is not the seller By placing an order you enter into a contract with the seller, not with tappr You must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address when placing orders Disputes about product quality or delivery must be resolved directly with the seller You may not place fraudulent orders or abuse the order system tappr is a platform, not a retailer. We connect buyers and sellers but do not take responsibility for the products sold or transactions made.
06Payments
Payments on tappr are made directly from buyers to sellers via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, QR code) tappr does not hold, process, or facilitate payment transfers between buyers and sellers Sellers are responsible for verifying payment before confirming and fulfilling orders tappr is not liable for any payment disputes, failed transfers, or fraudulent payments Refunds are solely at the discretion of the individual seller 07Prohibited Use
You agree not to use tappr to violate any law, impersonate any person, upload fraudulent product information, attempt unauthorized access, use bots or scrapers, interfere with platform infrastructure, harvest user data without consent, send spam, or conduct money laundering or financial fraud.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and reporting to Indian law enforcement authorities.
08Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to tappr. By uploading content, you grant tappr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
Content Standards
Product photos must accurately represent the item being sold You must own or have rights to all photos and content you upload No nudity, graphic violence, or offensive content is permitted tappr reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards 09Intellectual Property
The tappr name, logo, platform design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned exclusively by tappr. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any tappr intellectual property without prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability
tappr provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
tappr is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers tappr is not responsible for the quality or delivery of products sold on the platform tappr is not liable for any payment failures or UPI transaction issues tappr's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 3 months tappr is a technology intermediary as defined under the Information Technology Act 2000 (India) and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021.
11Termination
By You
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, your store and product listings will be removed. Order history is retained as required by law.
By tappr
tappr may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, list prohibited products, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple legitimate buyer complaints.
12Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation for 30 days.
13Changes to Terms
We will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page We will notify registered sellers via email at least 7 days before changes take effect Continued use of tappr after the effective date constitutes acceptance
